Weggis will be celebrating the 8th Heirassa Festival on June 07-10, 2012, Thursday to Sunday, in memory of Alois “Heirassa” Schilliger, a renowned folk musician from Weggis.
Before the main event, there will be several Pre-Heirassa Festival swiss folk music concerts in different places in Weggis from January 2012 to May 2012 to be performed by various popular groups in Switzerland.
